As a seasoned and ambitious technical engineer with more than 20 years of experience leading industrial automation installations all around the world, from initiation through completion, plus operators training, after sales support and maintenance, I am confident that I can make a substantial impact on your success as your next Contractor. 

My background lies in overseeing all aspects of project management for a wide variety of automated lines of production and along the years I have successfully worked for several huge customers as (just to name some) Flint, PPG, DIC, Akzo Nobel, Orora, Visy while maintaining compliance with established regulations and client requirements and consistently remaining on time and at—or under—budget. Having refined and targeted my skills in quality control, strategic planning, and team leadership, I stand prepared to dynamically benefit your team. 

 

My qualifications include the following: 

 

-Wide range of competences - I’m a skilled electrician (I can read Technical drawings and I’m very good at troubleshooting), a good mechanic, I’ve huge experience with pneumatic circuits, I can weld and use every kind of tool, power-tool, or machine. I’m licensed to drive a forklift or a mobile crane. I’m pretty good with computers and software's and available to learn more specific interfaces when needed. I speak 4 languages (English, Italian, Spanish and French) and I know CPR and first aid (I was an ambulance driver for the Italian Red Cross)

 

-Driving the success of commissioning projects; defining project scopes, budgets, goals, and time-lines and achieving consistently high levels of client satisfaction. 

 

-Keep contact with customers for further services and/or after sale support, 

 

-Very effective problem solving skills, even in problematic or low technology environments (huge experience in Africa, Middle East, Saudi Arabia, Russia) and used to ALWAYS find a solution. 

 

-Availability to travel and to take care of all the operative aspects of the trip. 

 

-Effectively coordinating and supervising subcontractors, motivating workers to provide outstanding dependability and top-quality products and service while ensuring they remain on task and compliant. 

 

-Collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, designers, and operators to drive the success of every projects. 

 

-Demonstrating first-rate organizational and interpersonal abilities throughout my career accomplishments. 

 

-Lot of direct contact with several Italian equipment's leader manufacturers and capable to provide a wide range of products for packaging, bottling, filling and palletising.
